Shipping policy

KROMA books are printed to order and shipped from our print partner. Here's what to expect.

Production time

Because each book is printed on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping & delivery

We ship internationally. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking, where available, once your order is dispatched.

Customs & duties

For deliveries outside the destination's customs union, any import duties or taxes are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
